I am not sure who is in charge but I am directing this email to them, to explain and describe the excellent service that was provided by a gentleman named Neville.
Although my Video Company ‘floots’ was not the ones hiring from PROSCREENS, I was able to see first hand what great service this man provided.
I was filming and streaming an MMA event in Kingston, Surrey on the 5th of June and met with Neville who initially helped myself and colleague very adeptly link the two projectors to the cameras. He was friendly, approachable and good-natured.
Job done, we expected. But no he also stayed and made sure there were no technical faults with not just the projectors but also the cameras and cables as well. Which clearly made the whole thing work. Without him there, there had a chance of being lots of issues, which would have meant the event was likely to be a failure.
He also nicely offered to stablise the ladder that I was mounted on, which made my job 100% easier and I felt a lot safer. He continued to do this throughout the whole event, not only doing that offering me water and anything else. Considering he was scheduled to leave as soon as he was set up (all he was paid to do) it was an act of someone who saw a chance to help and I cant thank him enough. I could go on about this gentlemen for a long time but I will leave in saying that I will be HIGHLY reccomending PROSCREENS to any future clients I hope to have and I will also be trying to get hold of Neville if he is available.
He is a credit to the company and just a great bloke in general. PROSCREENS are lucky to have him.
