Formed in 2006 when it was decided there was a niche market for the supply of LED Screen hire for both entertainment like cinema and advertising purposes. Originally the company was formed purely as a supplier of screens for cinema and advertising at outdoor events to help advertisers get noticed in a much more proactive way. However, due to the demand for cinema and large format screens at outdoor events, both across the UK and throughout Europe, it was decided that Proscreens would become a player within the rental industry of outdoor cinema and outdoor screen hire.

proscreens LED screen hire are made up of an array of hundreds of tiny red, green, and blue LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) that form pixels to make up bright, clear images that are suitable for both indoor and outdoor cinema applications.
Using a modular form, the screens can be built to nearly any size from 3m x 2m up to 10m x 10m, and can display anything that can be seen on a computer. From stills photography and graphics, to animations and live video feeds. This in its own right gets attention and creates awareness. Event ticker tapes can even be incorporated to display constant updates to spectators and the public.
As LEDs emit light rather than reflect it, they are far superior to other technologies such as projection for outdoor viewing in bright sunlight. LED screens have a wide viewing angle, essential for large audiences or where maximum coverage is required. Being an electronic diode, LEDs can handle the rapid switching that is required for moving images, and do not loose their colour should there be a drop in current.
The screens can be erected in many different ways to suit different events, from large truss-flown screens to ground stacking and mobile trailer units.
